The five scenes explained
Ethereal Reality moves through five scenes. You don't have to "do" anything in each — these are gentle invitations.
1. Breath
Soft pulsing light in time with a slow breath (roughly six breaths a minute). Let your breathing settle towards the pulse without forcing it.
2. Matter
The field thickens into rock-like forms and surfaces. Notice the sense of weight in your own body: the contact with the chair or floor, the pull of gravity.
3. Mind
Forms dissolve into flowing threads and connections. Thoughts, sensations and sounds arise and pass. Watch them the way you'd watch weather.
4. Boundary
A translucent veil drifts across the field. Where does "you" end and "the room" begin? Rest at that edge without needing to answer.
5. Stillness
Motion slows almost to nothing. Just this — sitting, breathing, aware. Stay as long as you like.
When the session ends, take a minute before standing. Note one thing you noticed.
