Help, in the order you might need it

Integration and ongoing support
Making sense of an experience takes time and, often, another person. Talking therapy works for most of what these pages touch; a GP is a fine first door.

Services listed are national or international organisations, checked against their own sites on 19 September 2026. MediTrip has no affiliation with any of them and receives nothing for a referral. Communities such as forums and subreddits can help too, but they are not moderated by professionals — take advice there as one person's experience.
Something to sit with
When you have called who you need to call, a quiet screen and a slow soundtrack can help the wait.
